Ingredients
Dressing
Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper in small, bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the radishes and green onions. Chop the mint and parsley. Add all vegetables to a bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing ingredients until well combined.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix gently.
Optional, cut pita bread in small squares and air fry or toast them, then top salad with them.
#Note: Sumac and pomegranate molasses can be purchased online or at your local Mediterranean store. Adjust the dressing to your desired taste. If too thick add a teaspoon of water and/or squeeze of fresh lemon.#
